2. Service Content Apps
The Fishing Time - My Seasons app is the perfect app for every fishermen. Gniechwitz & Walterbusch GbR reserves the right to change the app at any time in a way that is reasonable for the user, e.g. to improve its quality. This applies to both technical and content-related further developments.

3. Limitation of Liability and Notices
Gniechwitz & Walterbusch GbR uses the usual care to be expected in the selection, maintenance and topicality of the content. However, Gniechwitz & Walterbusch GbR assumes no liability for the correctness, topicality and completeness of the content provided and its selection and compilation. This applies in particular to the extent that Gniechwitz & Walterbusch GbR relies on the delivery of texts from third parties. Gniechwitz & Walterbusch GbR assumes no liability insofar as the availability of the app depends on the services of third parties (in particular telecommunications providers). Gniechwitz & Walterbusch GbR is liable for damage due to injury to life, limb or health, in the event of intent or gross negligence on the part of Gniechwitz & Walterbusch GbR, a legal representative or vicarious agent, as well as for damage that falls under a guarantee or assurance granted according to the legal regulations. In the event of slight negligence, Gniechwitz & Walterbusch GbR is only liable for compensation for foreseeable damage typical of the contract and only to the extent that an obligation whose proper fulfillment makes the execution of this contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner could rely by which Gniechwitz & Walterbusch GbR, a legal representative or vicarious agent has been violated. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

4. Pro Version Monthly (Subscription)
The features of the free app are limited to selected content. To unlock all content, it is necessary to unlock the Pro version. Users can subscribe to this Pro version using the Apple ID associated with their Apple App Store account by following the procedure provided within this application. By doing so, the user acknowledges and accepts that:
*their Apple ID account will be charged with each due payment;
*subscriptions will automatically renew for the same duration unless the user cancels at least 24 hours before the current period ends;
*all fees or payments due for renewal will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period;
*subscriptions can be managed or canceled in the Apple App Store account settings of the users.

5. Pro Version Lifetime (One-time Purchase)
The features of the free app are limited to selected content. To unlock all content, it is necessary to unlock the Pro version. Users can purchase this Pro version as a one-time in-app purchase at the price displayed within the app. This is not a subscription, and the user will not be charged monthly.

6. Copyright
The compiled contents of the app are database works specially produced by Gniechwitz & Walterbusch GbR, specifically databases i. S.v. §§ 4 para. 2, 87a para. 1 UrhG. The associated programs are protected by §§ 69a ff. UrhG. Gniechwitz & Walterbusch GbR is the rights holder with regard to all other elements of the app, in particular with regard to the usage and ancillary copyrights to content and documents.

7. Final Provisions
Place of performance and place of jurisdiction is Steinfurt. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively, excluding the UN sales law. This does not apply to consumers. Should any of these provisions be ineffective or subsequently become ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the provisions as a whole.
